Catalog on order

The On Order catalog contains 3 types of products:

  1. In stock: The product is available from one of our suppliers in Europe. The deadline is between 2 to 4 weeks.

  2. Pre-orders whose deadline has passed: In this case, we must check availability at our various distributors to see if we can take more pre-orders. It depends on the product and its success.

  3. Out of stock: We generally indicate this on the product page, but ... you shouldn't hesitate to question ourselves because there are sometimes nice surprises depending on what our distributors find in their warehouses.

Important information: We respond to all requests within 24 to 48 hours. Remember to check your spam if you have not received a response after this time.

Note: We try to always offer the lowest prices but when the distributor offering the best price is permanently out of stock, we recalculate the price according to the next distributor who still has the desired product.
