We continue to deliver orders you place. But in this exceptional situation of the COVID-19 virus, information evolves day by day.

You will find below a list of all current information. The postal codes that it is no longer possible to deliver temporarily, the countries and all the information that we can give you so that you can place your orders.

Suspension of all out-of-home deliveries to Great Britain but delivery maintained at 1,600 withdrawal points (vs 2,500 usually)

Information COVID-19 La Poste on 03/26/2020:

In France and interntional :

  • The delivery and collection of packages by Colissimo are maintained but you no longer have to choose delivery with signature for stock orders! You must now opt for delivery without signature or relay point. However, for pre-order product orders, you can use any delivery method.
  • Provide your telephone number in your delivery address so that your postman can call you when he comes to deliver.
  • If you place stock orders and your postal code cannot be delivered, we will set aside your items and send them as soon as the situation changes
  • For those who have pre-orders in progress, you will receive emails as usual informing you of the arrival of products in our premises. If you had chosen a potentially closed relay point or a delivery with signature, we will come back to you directly to ask you if another delivery location can do the trick;). If you are in a postal code that cannot be delivered at this time, we will let you know and your products will be put aside until we can ship.
  • For delivery delays and out of time, the Post will no longer accept any claim for compensation since March 16, 2020 because it is no longer possible for the Post to ensure the same quality of service in this dramatic health crisis.

Since 26.03.2020, the post has told us that it can no longer deliver the following postal codes. This is temporary and they make every effort to be able to form new teams which will take the place of those absent in confinement:
