Première fois que je commande sur ce site. Figurine arrivée, très bien emballée et très belle (figurine officielle). C'est super, pas de frais de douane ou de frais supplémentaire, je recommanderai avec plaisir !

Très bon accueil téléphonique, réactif au mail. Les colis sont bien emballés et on nous met la facture à l'intérieur. De plus nous avons le droit d'avoir un message "merci :) "qui est une très bonne personnalisation de la commande. Il y a un large choix de figurines et le grand point fort est que les précommandes sont vite disponible pour des produits récemment officialisé. After some years now ordering with Derive Figurine i can say that If you are in the market for those hard to obtain collectables, this is the place to be. No other webstore has this level of customer service, Heck, no brick and morter store has this kind of service. For some one trying to get those hard to obtain collectables, it seems that a lot of webstores were saying they could find those figures promissing you the world, but in the end it was never the case. they also had bad communication.. Not with Derive Figurine, Alexandre will treat you like the kings and queens a customer deserves to be treated, trying his best to get you your collectable. from what ever Comic / Manga series it might be, if it's available and obtainable, this is the place for you.
