Plastic Man

Plastic Man is a DC Comics superhero created in 1941 by Jack Coles. This superhero has certainly inspired one of the greatest mangaka of recent years since he has power very similar to a certain Monkey D.Luffy. As you can see, we are obviously talking about Eiichiro Oda and One Piece. That being said, this superhero appeared for the first time in the # 1 issue of Police Comics.
