Baki-Dou - Yujiro Hanma figure, Luminasta

Yujiro Hanma comes from Baki, a fighting-focused franchise where clashes are as much about raw dominance and ego as they are about technique. Nicknamed “The Ogre,” Yujiro is portrayed as the strongest man in the world — a force of nature who overwhelms rules and opponents through presence alone. This official Yujiro Hanma figure by SEGA is part of the Luminasta line, made of PVC, and stands about 25 cm tall, built around his brutal charisma.

In the Baki universe, Yujiro isn’t just an antagonist — he’s the ultimate benchmark everyone measures themselves against, including his own son. He embodies violence in its purest form, absolute confidence, and total contempt for weakness, making every appearance feel tense. His relationship with Baki — a toxic mix of challenge, inheritance, and inevitable confrontation — is one of the story’s main engines. The figure captures that predator-like dominance through a calm, insolent stance, as if he doesn’t even need a fighting guard to command respect.

Visually, Yujiro is shown standing with a slight forward lean, hands in his pockets, with a massive frame and very broad shoulders. He has spiky red hair and a hard, almost mocking expression. He wears a tight black t-shirt with rolled sleeves and extremely wide black pants, with a light-colored belt breaking up the dark palette. Simple black shoes complete the look, and he stands on a dark rocky base with sharp edges, adding weight and stability to the display. It’s an easy piece to showcase thanks to the upright pose and strong central presence.
