PREORDER - Baki-Dou - Kaioh Retsu figure, Luminasta

In Baki-Dou, Kaioh Retsu is one of the most memorable fighters in Keisuke Itagaki’s universe, with an instantly recognizable presence built on his mastery of Chinese martial arts, discipline, and confidence in battle. As a highly respected figure, he stands out through his rigorous style and the intensity he brings to every fight. This official Kaioh Retsu PVC figure by SEGA, from the Luminasta line, stands approximately 15 cm tall and presents the character in a combat pose that feels very true to his image.

Within the world of Baki, Kaioh Retsu holds an important place because he represents a different fighting tradition, one that is more technical, more codified, and deeply rooted in Chinese martial arts. His role is not defined by power alone, but also by what he represents in front of the other fighters, with immense pride, constant discipline, and a real nobility in the way he approaches combat. His clashes, his relationship with the other major names in the series, and the way he defends his art give him a strong identity in the story. He brings a more controlled kind of intensity to the universe, but never a less dangerous one, and the figure reflects that well through a focused and tense stance.

Visually, the piece shows Kaioh Retsu with his legs spread very wide in a low, firmly grounded stance. His bare torso highlights an extremely developed musculature, with both arms drawn in front of him in a tight guard position. He wears loose black trousers tightened at the waist with a dark red sash, along with guards or wraps around the shins and feet. His black hair is tied up in a small topknot, and his face carries an intense expression with the mouth open as if in the middle of a shout or burst of effort. The whole display stands on a base that suggests a fighting surface, further reinforcing the impression of contained power.
