Official figure of Banjo-Kazooie Duet in resin which measures approximately 40 centimeters high, scale 1/4. The manufacturer is First4Figures.
Banjo and Kazooie are back from the Nintendo 64 days and ready to play a tune on your shelf. This official resin statue stands around 40 cm tall at 1/4 scale and captures the duo just as you remember them from Banjo-Kazooie: Banjo on the banjo (of course) with Kazooie bursting out behind him. First4Figures’ “Duet” version feels like a little concert frozen in mid-song.
In the games, their charm comes from how opposite they are: Banjo is easygoing and kind-hearted, Kazooie is loud, snarky and always pushing things forward. Together they climb, glide, charge and constantly ruin Gruntilda’s plans. The statue catches that relationship nicely. Banjo looks focused on his playing with a big friendly grin, while Kazooie pops out from his backpack, wings spread wide, blasting into her improvised horn as if she’s adding her own chaotic backing track.
Banjo is sculpted with his chunky paws planted firmly, wearing his yellow shorts, shell necklace and blue backpack straps. He holds a white-and-brown banjo close to his chest with his fingers on the strings. Kazooie erupts from the pack with bright red and orange feathers fading to yellow at the tips, her wings arcing around the scene. In her beak she grips a black horn-like megaphone, just like her noisy attacks in the game. The pair stands on a rounded black display base with a jigsaw-piece emblem on the front, a clear nod to the jiggies you collect. All together, it’s a sizeable centerpiece that still reads clearly from across the room.
