In Batman (1989), Bruce Wayne protects Gotham City as Batman in an interpretation made iconic by Tim Burton's film and Michael Keaton's performance. Beast Kingdom celebrates this version of the character with an approximately 21 cm articulated figure from the Dynamic 8ction Heroes line, presented here in the Standard Version and directly inspired by his appearance in the movie.

The figure recreates the film's distinctive black suit with a rubber-like sculpted surface, pronounced muscular detailing and the large yellow-and-black bat emblem on the chest. The yellow utility belt, long-eared cowl and black fabric cape complete the instantly recognizable silhouette. The facial sculpt focuses on the exposed lower part of the face beneath the mask to recreate Michael Keaton's appearance in the role.

With more than 22 points of articulation, Batman can be displayed in a variety of poses inspired by scenes from the film. The promotional image also shows several accessories, including Batarangs, grapnel-style equipment and multiple interchangeable hands for changing poses and recreating the use of his gadgets. This release also forms part of the celebrations for the film's 35th anniversary and Batman's 85th anniversary.
