PREORDER - DC Comics - Batman Absolute figure, Art Scale

Gotham never really feels safe, but with Batman around at least the criminals know someone is watching. This Batman Absolute version captures that idea in an official resin statue about 26 cm tall in 1/10 scale. Produced by Iron Studios for their Art Scale line, it shows the Dark Knight as a solid, imposing figure standing on a stylized base, with his cape stretching out around him like a pair of unfolded bat wings.

In the comics, Batman is the relentless vigilante who dedicates everything to protecting Gotham, using fear as his main weapon against crime. He has no superpowers, relying instead on his training, intellect and gear, constantly walking the line between hero and something much more unsettling. This Absolute take really leans into that side of him: heavy shoulders covered in spikes, a rigid stance and a calm but ready posture make him look like a darker, more unforgiving incarnation of the character.

The statue shows Batman standing upright, firmly planted on the base, wearing a dark grey bodysuit with black gloves, boots and cape. A wide yellow utility belt packed with pouches wraps around his waist and stands out sharply against the rest of the outfit. His shoulders are covered with dark armor pieces tipped with spikes, and his cowl, with its long pointed ears, leaves only a stern lower face visible. The cape is the real eye-catcher here: textured and spread wide, it flows out to both sides in big, cut-out shapes that curl into pointed tips, as if caught in a strong gust of wind. Everything rests on a geometric bronze-colored base made of triangular segments that recall a stylized bat symbol, giving the piece a strong graphic look on display.
