City the Animation - Wako Izumi figure, Mini Memory

Wako Izumi is a character from CITY THE ANIMATION, the anime adaptation of Keiichi Arawi’s work. A second-year student at Mont Blanc University, she moves through the absurd and unpredictable everyday life of CITY alongside an equally colorful cast of characters. This official painted plastic figure from Good Smile Arts Shanghai’s Mini Memory line stands approximately 7 cm tall and depicts her in a chibi style inspired by a scene from the series.

In CITY THE ANIMATION, Wako is notably part of the close circle around Midori Nagumo and Niikura, sharing in the bizarre situations that shape everyday life in the city. Her energy, eccentric behavior, and highly personal way of approaching ordinary events contribute strongly to the series’ surreal humor. This Mini Memory instead captures a quieter side of the character, creating a small suspended moment amid CITY’s usual chaos.

Wako is shown kneeling on a round base with her eyes closed, holding a small object in both hands while a light blue effect rises from it. She wears a pink jacket over a white top, blue trousers, and brown shoes, with her short black hair framing her face. The compact pose and peaceful expression give the figure a soft and introspective atmosphere, matching the Mini Memory concept of turning memorable scenes into small chibi keepsakes for display.
