Genya may look cute in this chibi style, but his expression makes it clear he’s still as tough as ever. This official PVC figure stands about 11 cm tall and belongs to Megahouse’s Look Up series, which features characters sitting down with their heads tilted slightly upward. Displayed on a desk or shelf, it feels like Genya is literally looking up at you.

In Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Genya is Sanemi’s younger brother and a Demon Slayer with a rough attitude and a troubled past. He struggles to work with others, but his drive to become stronger and survive is always apparent. That side of him comes through nicely in this figure: even in chibi form he’s frowning, lips pressed together, body slightly hunched as if he’s still on guard and ready to snap into action at any moment.

From a design point of view, the figure relies on the contrast between his big purple eyes and his grumpy face. Genya is shown crouching with his knees pulled up and his hands resting in front of him, fists closed. He wears his dark Demon Slayer uniform with a deep green top and matching pants, topped with a long purple coat that spreads out behind him. His feet are covered with small white socks. His round face is framed by messy black hair, including a large fringe falling over his forehead and a grey headband holding the rest in place.
