PREORDER - Dragon Ball Z - Super Saiyan Son Goku figure, Match Makers

Son Goku, the famous Saiyan warrior from Dragon Ball Z, joins Banpresto's Match Makers collection with this 19 cm figure. Inspired by his confrontation with Paikuhan during the Other World Tournament, this PVC and ABS collectible depicts Goku in his Super Saiyan form, delivering a powerful airborne kick. His spiky blonde hair, golden halo and fierce fighting expression recreate his appearance during this anime storyline. The figure is designed to be displayed opposite the separately sold Paikuhan figure, allowing their memorable duel to be recreated.

In Dragon Ball Z, Son Goku finds himself in the Other World after sacrificing his life to protect Earth during the battle against Cell. He continues training under North Kai and participates in the Other World Tournament, which brings together the strongest fighters from different galaxies. During the competition, he faces Paikuhan, a powerful warrior trained by West Kai. Their battle features exceptionally fast exchanges, formidable techniques and a rivalry built on mutual respect. Goku uses his Super Saiyan transformation to compete against his opponent, whose attacks, including the Thunder Flash, prove particularly challenging. This Match Makers figure recreates a moment from their confrontation, depicting Goku launching himself toward his opponent with an aerial attack.

The figure depicts Son Goku in mid-motion, his body slightly tilted and one leg extended forward to deliver a kick. His other leg is bent behind him, while his arms are positioned on either side of his body with clenched fists. His blonde hair is sculpted into large pointed strands characteristic of his Super Saiyan transformation, accompanied by turquoise eyes and a determined expression with his mouth open. A translucent golden halo floats above his head. He wears his iconic orange dogi, accompanied by a dark blue undershirt torn around the collar, a blue sash and matching wristbands. His blue boots with red trim complete the outfit, while the sculpted fabric folds emphasize the dynamic movement of his attack.
