Three silhouettes, three moods, and you’re instantly back in classic super-robot territory: Getter Robo is all about shifting into different forms depending on what the fight needs, from fast and aggressive to heavier, more specialized builds. This official FREEing set comes from the Dynamic Change collection, standing around 12 cm tall, made to display multiple configurations side by side.

In the original work, Getter Robo’s identity is built on combination and transformation, with different forms that answer different combat problems. That’s a big part of the appeal: you can go from a clean, heroic humanoid shape to something more purpose-built and machine-like while keeping a strong, recognizable design language. This set captures that idea by presenting several variations of the robot, each with its own pose and visual “job.”

Visually, you get three distinct pieces. On the left, a robot with red legs and a light-colored upper body, blue shoulder parts, and a large silver tool/drill-like element held at the side. In the center, a more “main hero” look dominated by red, with a green chest, a yellow waist section, and a head shaped with a sharp red angular crest. On the right, a lower, more compact configuration with yellow and red armor on top, a gray core, dark cylindrical parts on the sides, and an overall close-to-the-ground machine profile that reads like a heavier mode when displayed next to the other two.
