In Girls und Panzer das Finale, Shiho Nishizumi is the mother of Miho and Maho Nishizumi as well as the head of the Nishizumi Style tankery school. Banpresto brings her to the Eternal Romance line with this official figure measuring approximately 28 cm in the Maid Swimsuit Ver., offering a very different interpretation from her usually formal appearance.

Shiho represents a strict and traditional approach to senshadō built around discipline, victory and the continuation of the Nishizumi Style. This philosophy creates a complicated relationship with Miho, whose more personal approach to tankery gradually moves away from her family's expectations. This Eternal Romance version sets that martial side aside in favor of a much lighter portrayal of the character.

The figure depicts Shiho standing with her arms crossed and one leg slightly shifted, retaining the calm and stern expression associated with her personality. Her long black hair is paired with a white frilled headband, while she wears a black two-piece maid-inspired swimsuit with white trim, a short matching skirt and low-heeled black shoes.
