Grendizer - Figure Mazinger Z Rocket Punch!, Scene Selection 03

In the world of Mazinger Z, the groundbreaking giant robot series created by Go Nagai, Mazinger Z stands as one of the defining super robots of classic anime, built to fight increasingly dangerous mechanical enemies. It remains a landmark design thanks to its raw power, instantly recognizable appearance, and signature attacks that became iconic over time. This official Mazinger Z Rocket Punch! figure, produced by Plex as part of the Scene Selection line, recreates that universe as a PVC display scene measuring approximately 19 cm, focused on one of the robot’s most famous moves.

In the series, Mazinger Z serves as the main line of defense against enemy forces and their mechanical beasts, with its role closely tied to the large-scale battles that made the work so memorable. Its identity comes less from human-like expression and more from stature, force, and the visual impact of its fights. Rocket Punch is one of the most recognizable parts of its arsenal, perfectly capturing the direct, explosive, and heroic style of the robot. This figure reflects that energy well through a full combat composition that freezes the attack at the exact moment of impact.

The figure shows Mazinger Z standing on a gray rocky base, launching its right arm forward in a Rocket Punch attack. The detached blue fist tears through the torso of a turquoise and purple mechanical enemy, surrounded by large translucent red, orange, and dark blast effects at the impact point. The enemy robot is thrown backward with its body bent and legs lifted, while translucent red flames rise beside it. Mazinger Z features its classic black, gray, red, and blue design, including the broad red chest armor and silver horned head. The whole piece creates a highly dynamic scene clearly meant to stand out when displayed from the front.
