Kirara Onisaki, a character from Taimanin RPGX, is a student at Gosha Academy and a half-Oni and half-human hybrid. She inherited the powers of her mother, a high-ranking Oni known as the "Frost Phantom", as well as the ninja arts of her father Taimanin. Kirara has horns growing from the sides of her head, a characteristic of the Oni, but she has always had a complex about them since childhood. To conceal them, she usually hides them under large ribbons and tufted quilts. Kirara harbors an aversion to men and considers all men to be animals. She possesses the power to manipulate cold air, which she inherited from her mother. This power is so powerful that she can freeze moisture in the air in an instant to create an ice shield, or freeze an enemy with her fists wrapped in cold air. However, following an argument with her father, she sealed her ninja art and refuses to use it, so few people know what type of ninja art she practices. This Kirara Onisaki figure in Halloween Vampire costume likely captures her charm and power, although I don't have specific information on the figure itself.
