In IT: Welcome to Derry, Pennywise returns to haunt a town that has long concealed something sinister beneath its seemingly quiet surface. Inspired by HBO's IT: Welcome to Derry series, this approximately 25.4 cm Living Dead Dolls Presents doll by Mezco Toyz brings the clown into the line's distinctive dark aesthetic.

This version of Pennywise recreates his signature clown costume, now stained with blood after a recent encounter. The doll features five points of articulation and comes with a single red balloon, an accessory closely associated with the character's imagery. It is also packaged in a die-cut window box that allows the doll to remain visible inside its packaging.

Pennywise is shown wearing a dark red clown costume with puffed sleeves, a large ruffled collar and layered frills around the wrists, waist and ankles. His very pale face features a cracked forehead, red accents around the eyes and a wide dark grin, framed by bright orange hair curling upward at the sides. Red shoes and one hand extended forward complete the appearance.
