PREORDER - The Apothecary Diaries - Maomao figure, Mini Anime

Maomao, the heroine of The Apothecary Diaries, joins Banpresto's Mini Anime collection with this 14 cm figure. Inspired by Natsu Hyuuga's light novel series and its anime adaptation, this PVC and ABS collectible depicts the young apothecary in a chibi style with rounded proportions. Her dark green hair, large blue eyes and traditional green and blue outfit recreate her distinctive appearance. The Mini Anime line features miniature interpretations of characters, with oversized heads and simplified expressions that preserve the essential details of their original designs.

In The Apothecary Diaries, Maomao is a young apothecary raised in the pleasure district, where she developed extensive knowledge of medicine, medicinal plants and poisons under the guidance of her adoptive father, Luomen. After being kidnapped and sold into service at the imperial palace, she attempts to live discreetly, but her intelligence and keen observation skills quickly attract the attention of Jinshi, a mysterious administrator of the inner court. Tasked with solving several incidents involving the health of the imperial consorts and palace intrigues, Maomao regularly finds herself in dangerous situations. Her pragmatic personality, scientific curiosity and sometimes excessive fascination with toxic substances contrast with her reserved appearance. This Mini Anime figure recreates her usual servant outfit in a miniature interpretation.

The figure depicts Maomao standing with a large rounded head and a small body featuring intentionally simplified proportions. Her dark green hair is styled into a short bob with straight bangs, accompanied by two small braids tied at the sides and a blue bow visible on top of her head. Her large turquoise-blue eyes, small freckles across her nose and slightly open mouth give her a curious, somewhat surprised expression. She wears a traditional green top with wide sleeves and white overlapping trim across the chest, accompanied by a long dark blue skirt. A small red collar is visible beneath her outfit, while her miniature hands extend from the sleeves. The sculpted clothing folds and hairstyle details recreate her familiar appearance in this chibi format.
