Akane Arakawa, the protagonist of the manga and anime Akane-Banashi, joins FuRyu's Noodle Stopper line with this official 10 cm figure made from ATBC-PVC. It depicts the young apprentice storyteller wearing a traditional pink Japanese outfit, kneeling on a purple cushion during a rakugo performance. Her playful expression and expressive gestures evoke a scene from the stage, while the figure's design allows it to rest on the edge of a shelf or on the lid of an instant noodle cup.

In Akane-Banashi, Akane Osaki is a high school student fascinated by rakugo, a traditional Japanese storytelling art in which a single performer portrays multiple characters through voice, facial expressions and a few simple props. Deeply affected by the expulsion of her father, Shinta Arakawa, during a promotion examination, she decides to follow in his footsteps and become a professional rakugo performer. Trained by Shiguma Arakawa, she gradually develops her own storytelling style, learning to understand the subtleties of each character and captivate her audience. This figure recreates her stage appearance, where a simple folding fan and hand towel can traditionally represent a wide variety of objects and situations.
