In Marvel Comics, Dr. Otto Octavius is a brilliant scientist specializing in nuclear physics and robotics. Following a laboratory accident involving radiation, his harness of four mechanical arms becomes fused to his body, allowing him to control the tentacles with his mind. As Doctor Octopus, he uses his intelligence and inventions to pursue criminal activities and confront Spider-Man, becoming one of the hero's most formidable adversaries. This One:12 Collective figure includes twelve interchangeable mechanical arms in three different lengths, short, medium and long, allowing the character to be equipped with four tentacles at a time. Twenty interchangeable tentacle claws are provided for different configurations, including open, closed, gripping and posing options. Three head portraits with distinct expressions, six alternative hands and a display base with an adjustable support stand complete the set.

The figure depicts Doctor Octopus wearing his classic green outfit beneath a removable white fabric laboratory coat featuring pockets and buttons. His costume includes a yellow collar and belt, matching gloves and yellow boots. His brown bowl-cut hairstyle and large blue goggles recreate his distinctive comic book appearance. Four metallic gray tentacles extend from his back and can be positioned around his body using their articulated construction. The interchangeable heads offer serious, angry and smiling expressions, while the alternative hands and tentacle claws provide numerous possibilities for recreating different scenes.
