PREORDER - Marvel, Spider-Man vs Villains - Hobgoblin figure, BDS Art Scale

Hobgoblin, one of Spider-Man's enemies in the Marvel universe, joins Iron Studios' Spider-Man vs Villains collection with this 1/10 scale BDS Art Scale statue standing approximately 31 cm tall. Inspired by Marvel Comics, this polystone collectible depicts the infamous criminal aboard his glider, flying above an industrial display base surrounded by thick clouds of smoke. His sinister mask, tattered hood and pumpkin bombs surrounded by green effects recreate the character's distinctive features. Fully sculpted and hand-painted, this statue is part of the Spider-Man vs Villains diorama series dedicated to the web-slinger's iconic enemies.

In Marvel Comics, Hobgoblin first appears in The Amazing Spider-Man #238 in 1983, created by writer Roger Stern and artist John Romita Jr. The criminal discovers one of Norman Osborn's former secret hideouts containing equipment belonging to the Green Goblin and decides to claim the arsenal for himself. Using this technology, he wields a flying glider, pumpkin bombs and various weapons designed to confront Spider-Man. Several individuals have assumed the Hobgoblin identity throughout the comics, including Roderick Kingsley, who is particularly associated with the character. Cunning, manipulative and dangerous, he becomes one of Peter Parker's recurring adversaries. This statue recreates his threatening appearance, equipped with his weapons and preparing to attack from above.

The statue depicts Hobgoblin crouching on his metallic glider, with his legs spread apart and both arms extended outward. His face is concealed behind a demonic mask featuring long pointed ears, a prominent nose and a grin filled with sharp teeth. He wears an orange and brown tunic accompanied by a tattered hood extending behind his head, textured blue trousers, gloves and brown boots. In each hand, he holds a pumpkin bomb surrounded by translucent green effects suggesting explosive energy. His glider, equipped with sharp metallic wings, hovers above an industrial installation featuring machinery, grating and mechanical elements. Large clouds of gray smoke swirl around the scenery, reinforcing the impression of movement and height.
