PREORDER - Zoids - Blade Liger 2000 figure Recolor, Plastic Model Kit D-Style

Blade Liger, one of the most recognizable Zoids in the franchise, joins Kotobukiya's D-Style line with this 13 cm Blade Liger 2000 Recolor plastic model kit. This assembly model recreates the famous lion-type Zoid with a revised color scheme dominated by blue, white and gold. Its compact, stylized proportions retain the machine's distinctive mechanical features, including its powerful articulated legs, cockpit and two laser blades mounted along its sides.

In Zoids, the Blade Liger is an upgraded version of the Shield Liger, developed to improve its offensive capabilities while preserving its speed and mobility. Piloted notably by Van Flyheight in Zoids: Chaotic Century and Zoids: Guardian Force, it is known for its laser blades capable of cutting through enemy armor and its defensive E-Shield generator. This D-Style version features a deployable E-Shield generator and interchangeable parts that allow the laser blades to be displayed in their extended combat positions. The kit also includes an unpainted Van Flyheight pilot figure and colorless transparent cockpit parts. It is compatible with Kotobukiya's New Flying Base from the M.S.G. series for additional posing options.

The model depicts Blade Liger standing on all four legs, featuring a blue feline head, mechanical jaws and a translucent orange cockpit. A mane of angular spikes extends behind its head, while two long white blades are mounted on either side of its back. Its body combines blue armor panels with gray and black mechanical components, complemented by white and yellow details. The four articulated legs end in large gold-colored claws, while a mechanical tail extends backward. The shortened proportions and rounded shapes recreate the distinctive appearance of the D-Style series.
