Metal Gear Sahelanthropus Black is the ultimate war machine from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, presented here in a stealthy monochrome scheme. Standing 36 cm tall, this insectoid mech exudes a silent menace. Its angular frame, articulated pincers, and tall dorsal tube hint at the firepower and tactical versatility that made it legendary.

Molded in ABS and PS plastic, every riveted armor panel, hydraulic joint, and exposed conduit is painstakingly detailed. The “Black Variant” finish uses subtle sheen to highlight edges and rivets, while dark gray tones differentiate functional zones. The right arm accommodates its rotating shield, and the dorsal tube—designed to mount a missile launcher—snaps securely into place, enhancing the kit’s authenticity.

As a snap-fit Model Kit, Sahelanthropus Black assembles without glue and boasts impressive articulation via integrated polycaps: shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles bend through a wide range to recreate iconic stances—from stealthy prowling to open combat.
