PREORDER - Milky Subway The Galactic Limited Express - Makina Kurusu figure, Plastic Model Kit

Makina, one of the characters from the Japanese animated series Milky Subway: The Galactic Limited Express, joins Kotobukiya's model kit lineup with this articulated plastic model standing approximately 17 cm tall. This assembly kit recreates her cyborg appearance, recognizable by her blue face, mechanical limbs and casual clothing. Made from PS, PE, ABS and POM, the model captures her distinctive design and includes several components inspired by memorable moments from the series.

In Milky Subway: The Galactic Limited Express, Makina inhabits a science-fiction world where characters with troubled pasts become caught up in a particularly chaotic journey aboard a space train. Her mechanical body and expressive personality contribute to the visual identity of this adventure, which combines comedy with unpredictable situations. The model kit includes three pre-printed face parts and one blank face, along with decals for additional expressions and clothing markings. Accessories include a control device key, a mugshot identification board and a badge, with dedicated hands for holding them. Interchangeable arm parts recreate the wrist deployment mechanism, while alternative head components reproduce its mechanical opening feature with a blackout face part.

The model depicts Makina with black hair featuring turquoise highlights, tied into a ponytail with red tips. Her blue face displays large eyes with different expressions, while her neck reveals an exposed mechanical structure. She wears a purple varsity jacket with white sleeves, yellow stripes and printed lettering over a dark top. Blue shorts, burgundy knee-high socks and black-and-white sneakers complete her outfit. Her arms and legs feature white and silver robotic joints. The additional components show several mechanical hands, alternative facial expressions and the internal structure of her head.
