Mobile Suit Gundam - Principality of Zeon Black Tri-Stars Gaia Normal Suit figure, G.M.G

In Mobile Suit Gundam, the war between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon features pilots who became legends, with reputations built as much on their machines as on their composure. Gaia, a member of Zeon’s Black Tri-Stars, belongs to that elite image, instantly recognizable within the series’ world. This official “Principality of Zeon Black Tri-Stars Gaia, Normal Suit” figure is released by Megahouse in PVC, stands about 10 cm tall, and comes from the Gundam Military Generation (G.M.G) line, focused on characters in military gear and their equipment.

The Black Tri-Stars are tied to a strong unit dynamic, where effectiveness comes from coordination and trust between teammates, carrying the identity of an ace team serving Zeon. In that context, Gaia reads as a pilot used to high-risk operations, with a presence that’s more restrained than flashy, yet naturally intimidating. Presenting him in a Normal Suit emphasizes the operational pilot aspect, closer to the battlefield reality than the myth around mobile suits.

Visually, the figure shows him standing in a full-body suit with a dark scheme dominated by black, contrasted by bold gold/yellow elements on the helmet, chest armor, gloves, and boots. A gold/yellow vertical stripe runs down the center of the suit, and a red belt breaks the silhouette at the waist. The helmet is bulky with a visor and strong color blocks, and the photo also includes an alternate unhelmeted head, plus multiple interchangeable hand sets. The overall build is compact and articulated, designed for pose variety while keeping a clean military look.
