My Hero Academia - All For One figure

In My Hero Academia, All For One is one of the most threatening figures in the series, a major antagonist whose shadow hangs over the entire story of heroes and Quirks. As a true embodiment of accumulated power and domination, he stands at the center of the conflict that drives the series forward. This official PVC figure, standing approximately 14 cm tall and manufactured by Banpresto, presents him in a highly aggressive version that immediately emphasizes his dangerous presence.

All For One plays a fundamental role in My Hero Academia because he is at the root of many of the story’s deepest conflicts, both through his influence over the criminal world and through his connection to One For All and Tomura Shigaraki. He represents a form of absolute evil, calculating and patient, able to manipulate others over time while maintaining overwhelming power of his own. His presence gives the series a very different kind of tension from that of other villains, colder, older, and more strategic. This figure reflects that side of him well through an attacking pose and an expression that reinforce his image as an uncontrollable enemy.

Visually, All For One is shown suspended above a round black base, with the body leaning forward and both arms spread wide in an aggressive gesture. His torso is bare and heavily muscular, while his face shows a wide grin with visible teeth, framed by short light gray hair rising upward. He wears a large black torn cloth piece around the waist, flowing down in broad strips around the legs. One bare foot remains visible beneath the figure, which further strengthens the sense of movement and the raw look of the composition.
