In Rebuild of Evangelion, Mari Makinami Illustrious stands out for her energetic personality and her role as an Evangelion pilot. Good Smile Company brings her to the PLAMATEA line as an approximately 18 cm articulated plastic model kit, depicted in her distinctive pink plugsuit.

The kit recreates the different sections of her plugsuit with its black, white and red details while maintaining a wide range of movement through the articulated construction. Several interchangeable hands are included, along with two types of glasses that allow Mari to be displayed either with clear lenses or in a lens-free configuration.

Three expressions are included, one of which is a pre-painted smiling face, while decals are provided for the eyes, markings and additional model details. Runners molded in multiple colors and selected pre-painted parts make it easier to achieve an appearance close to the original design straight from assembly, and an articulated display stand is included for more dynamic poses.
