One Piece - Rob Lucci figure, King of Artist

In One Piece, danger doesn’t only come from pirates: the World Government and its agents are some of the most ruthless, calculated threats in the series. Rob Lucci is one of the most memorable faces on that side, known for a cold, controlled brutality. This official PVC figure stands at about 13 cm, from Banpresto’s King of Artist line, depicting him in a feral, energy-charged form.

Lucci is an elite agent defined by icy composure and a mission-first mindset, with little room for mercy. His clash with Luffy remains one of the series’ standout fights, because it pits raw freedom against strict force and obedience. The figure captures that tension through a predator-like stance, an aggressive grin, and a dark aura that makes it feel like he’s already lunging in.

What you can see is a feline hybrid form with a bare torso: a light, textured chest, and leopard patterning across the shoulders, arms, and tail. He has spiky black hair, a feral face with an open mouth and visible fangs, plus dark markings across the forehead. A large deep navy swirling aura wraps around his body, and a second separate swirl piece sits nearby like an extra effect part. He’s wearing tight metallic blue pants, and his feet are paw-like with claws, set in a wide, grounded stance that’s easy to display even with the curling effect around the figure.
