Original Character - First Business! Mari Hanamiya the Gentle Shop Assistant illustration by POPQN figure

Set in the quiet charm of a cozy shop or quaint café, Mari Hanamiya appears as the perfect gentle assistant — calm, soft-spoken, and quietly endearing. Based on an illustration by POPQN, this figure captures her in a shy and reserved pose, evoking the warmth of everyday life.

Mari embodies the ideal employee: composed yet delicate. With arms crossed over her chest and her gaze slightly averted, she seems caught in a moment of awkwardness or surprise. Her posture expresses both kindness and vulnerability, brought to life through thoughtful sculpting.

She wears a blend of casual and professional attire: a translucent white bodysuit under a bright green apron stamped with a red circular logo. Her long, smooth brown hair is held back by a black headband. Simple black-and-white sneakers add a touch of realism, grounding the piece. The clean white base supports the scene without distraction.

Standing about 28 cm tall, this 1/6 scale PVC figure from AniMester features refined finishes — from sheer fabric effects and natural skin tones to the gentle folds in her sleeves. The face sculpt is faithful to POPQN’s style, blending softness with subtle emotional nuance.
