The famous series of MMORPG Phantasy Star Online has several opus. Among them, there is Phantasy Star Online 2 which has also been adapted into anime in Japan. Thus, this figurine represents Matoi, the main heroine. It was adapted into a figurine from an illustration by Tony. An image that can be found during the credits of end of the anime. Yuzu took care of sculpting this new heroine and SEGA followed closely the project so that the reproduction is as faithful as possible.
