Sakamoto Days - Figure piggy bank Taro Sakamoto, Palm Size Functional Figurine

In Sakamoto Days, the manga by Yuto Suzuki now adapted by Netflix, Taro Sakamoto is a once-feared hitman who’s retired into a peaceful life as a convenience store owner… while still retaining his killer reflexes. The series blends chaotic comedy with intense action, anchored by an unconventional lead: chubby, fatherly, yet deadly when needed.

This vinyl figure, designed as a coin bank, captures Sakamoto in his retired form—lying down casually with one arm behind his head, signature round glasses hiding his eyes. His white tank top boldly says “SLIM” in red, a cheeky nod to his post-assassin body transformation.

The matte finish and simplified design lean into the comedic charm of the character. Rendered in a chibi style with a relaxed pose, the figure radiates warmth and whimsy, making it an easy fit for any desk or display shelf.

Standing about 10.3 cm tall, this functional figure from the Palm Size Functional Figurine series is made of vinyl and doubles as a coin bank. A discreet slot allows it to serve a practical purpose—combining collector appeal with everyday utility. A fun and faithful tribute to the heart of Sakamoto Days.
