PREORDER - Return to Silent Hill (2026) - Pack 2 figures Pyramid Head & Bubble Head Nurse, DefoStyle

This Return to Silent Hill pack brings together two iconic creatures from the Silent Hill universe, featuring Pyramid Head and the Bubble Head Nurse in Star Ace’s DefoStyle line. Made of soft vinyl, this set presents both monsters in a stylized format while preserving their instantly recognizable silhouettes, giving them a strong presence despite their compact proportions.

Pyramid Head is depicted here with his signature triangular helmet, powerful build and massive Great Knife, an executioner figure inseparable from the franchise. Alongside him, the Bubble Head Nurse recreates the disturbing appearance seen in Return to Silent Hill, with her wrapped head and stained nurse uniform, moving in an unstable way while dragging a heavy metal pipe. The pack brings together two of the saga’s most memorable embodiments of body horror and visual unease.

The image shows both figures displayed side by side on rectangular bases featuring the Return to Silent Hill logo. Pyramid Head dominates the set with his tall silhouette, rusted helmet and oversized blade angled toward the ground, while the Bubble Head Nurse takes on an unsteady posture with her head tilted and one arm stretched outward. Both pieces share a color treatment that mixes cool tones, strong reds and bloody marks across the figures and their bases.
