Shredder is the archenemy of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the ruthless leader of the Foot Clan and a master of blades and ninjutsu. This One:12 Collective figure captures his classic look, combining a sharp armored design with a fabric outfit in deep burgundy. Standing about 17 cm tall at 1/12 scale, it brings Mezco Toys’ mix of PVC construction and real cloth clothing to the iconic villain.

In the story, Oroku Saki is driven by revenge and a twisted sense of honor, constantly plotting to crush the Turtles and restore the glory of his clan. His armor is both a weapon and a symbol of his status as a feared warlord. The figure’s stance, with clenched fists, squared shoulders and that aggressive forward lean, really sells the feeling that he’s one move away from launching into battle.

Design-wise, you get Shredder in full silver armor, with large spiked shoulder pads, bladed forearm guards and tall greaves covered in sharp ridges. The burgundy fabric gi and trousers give natural folds and volume, held in place by a wide black belt and finished with a flowing black scarf/cape around his neck. The masked helmeted head shows his intense gaze, and you can swap in other head sculpts and multiple hands to recreate different expressions and fighting poses, along with his katana, sheath and chained weapon. Everything can be displayed on the themed Shredder base, which helps keep him stable on a shelf.
