Tsubasa Ibuki, one of the young idols from The Idolmaster Million Live!, appears in her Starting Bloom outfit with this 1/8 scale PVC figure by Kotobukiya. Based on The Idolmaster Million Live! animated series, this 23 cm figure is the second commemorative release inspired by the anime. It recreates Tsubasa's energetic appearance, featuring her short blonde hair, stage costume and a lighthearted pose reminiscent of a dance performance.

In The Idolmaster Million Live!, Tsubasa is an idol affiliated with 765 Production and one of the 39 members of MILLIONSTARS. Naturally outgoing, spontaneous and confident, she enjoys being in the spotlight and performing on stage while gradually developing a stronger commitment to her career as an idol. Her Starting Bloom costume reflects the group's performances in the animated adaptation. This figure includes two display options: a simple acrylic base and an additional base with an illustrated background sheet featuring the fifth, sixth and seventh MILLIONSTARS teams. Displayed alongside Mirai Kasuga and Shizuka Mogami from the same figure series, it brings together representations of all 39 idols.

The figure depicts Tsubasa balancing on one leg, with the other bent backward, her arms spread outward and her hands open. Her short blonde hair is styled in lively strands, with a small tuft rising from the top and a colorful accessory on one side. She wears a white jacket with dark blue trim, black buttons and a blue-and-red bow at the collar, paired with a red pleated skirt featuring asymmetrical layered sections. Long white stockings and brown shoes with small gold details complete her stage outfit. Her wide smile and forward-facing gaze accompany the cheerful dancing pose.
