The King Of Fighters '98 - Mai Shiranui figure Ex, Bishoujo

A legendary character from Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters, Mai Shiranui is a kunoichi known for her deadly elegance. Heir to the Shiranui-ryuu Ninjutsu style, she blends agility, fire-based attacks, and bold charisma — making her a mainstay in fighting game history.

The EX version of this figure captures her mid-action, poised to strike. Leaning forward with bent arms and a focused expression, Mai radiates combat readiness. The sculpt freezes her in a dynamic moment, emphasizing both grace and tension.

Her bright red outfit is faithfully detailed: glossy, body-hugging fabric, flowing white ribbons, traditional footwear, and long tied sleeves with red and white pom-pom accents. Her flowing brown hair is pulled back with a white ribbon, sculpted in motion. The rectangular base mimics a stone floor — minimalist yet effective at grounding the pose.

Made of PVC and standing about 21 cm tall at 1/7 scale, this piece is part of Kotobukiya’s Bishoujo line, known for spotlighting iconic female characters with dynamic elegance. The finish is clean, with balanced sculpting and sharp paintwork highlighting the contrast between skin, fabric, and accessories. A must-have for fighting game and figure fans alike.
