The princess of Hyrule and bearer of a sacred power is depicted with her short blonde hair, dark cape and flaming torch, in a composition recalling the underground discoveries at the beginning of the game.

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Zelda accompanies Link into the depths beneath Hyrule Castle, where they discover remains of the ancient Zonai civilization and awaken a long-forgotten threat. Separated from Link following Ganondorf's return, she finds herself transported into the past, during the founding era of Hyrule. Her encounters with Rauru and Sonia help her uncover the kingdom's origins and better understand her own powers. This figure recreates the outfit she wears during the opening of her adventure, with a torch recalling her exploration of the underground ruins.
