Official figure of Eowyn vs Witch King in resin which measures approximately 36 x 42 x 23 centimeters, scale 1/10. It is from the Deluxe Art Scale collection. The manufacturer is Iron Studios.
Éowyn, the courageous shieldmaiden of Rohan, faces the Witch-king of Angmar in this 1/10 scale Deluxe Art Scale statue by Iron Studios. Inspired by The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, this polystone diorama stands approximately 36 cm tall and brings both characters together on a display base representing the Pelennor Fields. Éowyn confronts the fearsome leader of the Nazgûl, whose imposing black armor and long cloak contrast with her equipment as a warrior of Rohan. Fully sculpted and hand-painted, the statue recreates the details of their armor, weapons and battlefield surroundings to capture the intensity of their confrontation.
In The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Éowyn is the niece of King Théoden and the sister of Éomer, two important figures in the kingdom of Rohan. Refusing to remain behind while others fight, she disguises herself as a rider under the name Dernhelm and secretly accompanies the army of Rohan to the Pelennor Fields, where the battle to defend Minas Tirith takes place. When the Witch-king of Angmar, leader of the nine Nazgûl and servant of Sauron, threatens Théoden, Éowyn steps forward to protect her king. Convinced that no man can kill him, the Witch-king underestimates his opponent. With Merry's help, Éowyn manages to defeat him, fulfilling an ancient prophecy. This Deluxe Art Scale statue captures one of the most memorable confrontations in the trilogy.
The statue depicts Éowyn and the Witch-king facing each other on a rocky display base inspired by the Pelennor battlefield. Éowyn adopts an offensive stance, with one leg forward, her sword raised and her round shield lifted for protection. She wears detailed armor, a helmet and a long green cloak flowing with the movement. Opposite her, the Witch-king dominates the scene with his dark silhouette, spiked helmet and black armor. His long, tattered cloak spreads behind him as he raises a heavy spiked flail attached to a chain above his head. The display base features irregular rocks and earthy textures, with different elevations emphasizing the contrast between the two fighters. The weapon details, sculpted fabric folds and positioning of the characters reinforce the tension of this dramatic scene.
