PREORDER - The Walking Dead - Merle figure, Exquisite Mini Series

Merle steps straight out of The Walking Dead here, but not quite the way you remember him. This official 1/18 scale figure stands about 11 cm tall and shows him as a walker, part of Hiya Toys’ Exquisite Mini Series. He’s still wearing his survivor outfit, only now with the empty stare and lopsided stance of the undead.

In the show, Merle starts out as an unpredictable tough guy and ends up as a tragic figure, shaped by his choices and the world’s brutality. This figure locks in the moment after that final turn: his head tilts to one side, his body leans awkwardly, and he looks like he’s stumbling forward with no purpose beyond hunger. The improvised weapon on his arm is a reminder of the survivor he used to be, even if his mind is long gone.

The figure has Merle in a blood-smeared white tank top under an open black shirt, plus dirty olive cargo pants with knee pads and dark boots. His skin is pale and mottled with wounds and bloodstains, and his face is badly damaged, mouth slightly open as if he’s growling. His right arm ends in a swollen, bloody stump, while the left arm is fitted with a metal rig that holds a long, rusty spike or blade. Visible joints at the elbows, knees and hips let you pose him in different shambling walker stances, and he stands without a bulky base so you can drop him straight into a zombie diorama or line him up with other characters from the series.
