In ToHeart, Multi is an experimental household robot developed by Kurusugawa Heavy Industries to assist people with everyday tasks. This 1/7 scale PVC figure recreates her from the series’ main visual artwork in a dynamic cleaning scene standing approximately 23 cm tall.

Serious, caring, and always eager to make others happy, Multi approaches her work with the dedication that defines her personality. The movement of her hair, the lifted shape of her skirt, and the forward lean of her body bring energy to the composition, while the mechanical sensors beside her ears and the Kurusugawa Heavy Industries emblem recall her artificial nature.

Multi wears a white and red sailor-style uniform with a broad collar, pink bow, pleated skirt, white thigh-high socks, and brown loafers. Her short green hair frames a surprised expression with matching green eyes as she handles a long floor mop fitted with a wide white cleaning head. The figure stands on a pale round base decorated with cherry blossom motifs.
